This Shipping Policy applies to the Zoriae online store at https://zoriae.com and explains our processing time, supported destinations, Standard Shipping rates, free-shipping threshold, estimated delivery time, tracking, duties, and delivery issues.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Processing includes order and payment review, quality checking, packing, and preparation before dispatch. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Supported Destinations and Rates

Zoriae ships to the supported countries and regions listed below. All Standard Shipping services have an estimated transit time of 5-10 business days after processing. Orders of USD 69.00 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping in every supported zone.

If a country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there. Zoriae currently offers Standard Shipping only.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping normally takes 5-10 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, customs clearance, carrier disruption, regional events, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges and Currency

Shipping charges are calculated in USD according to the order subtotal and destination. The final available delivery service and charge are displayed before checkout is completed.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Taxes, duties, and import charges vary by destination and applicable law. Charges collected at checkout are displayed before the order is placed. If destination charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for them unless applicable law states otherwise.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders may be shipped through domestic or international logistics partners selected according to destination, warehouse, product type, shipping lane, and package weight. When an order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to begin updating.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact official@zoriae.com immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay or possible loss, contact official@zoriae.com with your order number. If a package arrives damaged, keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly with clear photos or video.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, unpaid destination charges, or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. Approved refunds may exclude non-refundable shipping or carrier charges where permitted by law.
